GENUALDI-Peterman Orthodontics

Dear Valued Patients and Families,

 

It is with great pleasure that Dr. Andrew Genualdi and Dr. David Genualdi announce that our practice is merging with Dr. J.B. Peterman Orthodontics of Chatham. As we begin the process of retiring over the next few months, your treatment will continue at Dr. Peterman’s office located at 10 Parrott Mill Road in Chatham (973-635-2105), minutes from ours in Summit.

 

We have selected Dr. Peterman as our successor for good reason. Dr. Peterman’s personality, qualifications and background are impressive. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and he earned his doctoral degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania.  At Penn, he was awarded a full scholarship from the US Navy and he was commissioned as a lieutenant. For four years following Penn, he was stationed with the Marine Corps.  He received his orthodontic specialty certificate and Master’s degree from Rutgers University. There, he received accolades for his leadership, moral commitment to his patients and his ability to treat complex cases. In addition, he has successfully achieved board certification by the American Board of Orthodontics, an elective and rigorous process.

 

Dr. J.B. will carry on our tradition of excellent clinical care with the highest ethical standards. He treats everyone with thoughtfulness and patience. He is family-focused and has settled in our area as he and his wife, Sarah, raise their young daughter.

 

For your convenience, Dr. Andrew and Dr. David will see you for your next appointment at Dr. Peterman’s office. That way, the transition will be seamless. Together, we will review your treatment to ensure that there is continuity of care. Both office’s front desks will be able to guide you and to answer any questions.

 

It has been an honor and privilege for Genualdi Orthodontics to continuously serve the Summit community for the past 68 years. Our practice was started by our father, Dr. Andrew J. Genualdi, Sr. in 1954, after which we joined him in the 1980’s. We know that you will be in good hands with Dr. Peterman; he is a great clinician and a true gentleman.
